I assisted to Manuelina Culinary for the 5 week Master Program and it was a really great experience, you learn a lot about not only the recipes but everything behind them like the origin of the recipe and of the ingredients, at the same time you learn the science behind it and of the production of the ingredients. The experience that every chef has in their field is amazing and they love sharing their knowledge.
Melina is a great person she is always seeing that every student has everything that they need and that everything is ok. You don’t only get the experience of the classes but you get to know Italy and their traditions.
