Gianluca Guagneli has been in the pizza arena for more than 15 years, he has travelled abroad to do his expertise especially in Spain.
ANDREA VOLTOLINA – PASTRY CHEF
Andrea is one of the best pastry chef in the world, he is specialised in demonstration and training with the Culinary Industry.
FABIO BERTONI – MASTER BAKER
With over 30 years of experience in the baking area, Fabio Bertoni instruct all over the world and teaches in many countries.
CIRO FRADDANNO – GELATO MASTER
Ciro Fradanno’s passion for ice cream started as a young age as his family owned an ice cream shop. Later on he trained with the world champions Beduschi and Biasetto.
