Sometimes you don’t need certification, but need to know as much as you can as fast as you can. This is that kind of program. Yes it is intensive because we do so much in a short amount of time, but, classes are kept small, our Chefs are stellar ( like actually some of them are Michelin trained ), and we are really organised so you are looking for an elite course in all areas of Italian Cuisine and want to almost feel like you are on holidays while studying then this is definitely for you.

• Our teaching style is unique. Whether you are a professional chef, food enthusiast or just looking to open a new business, by the end of the course, everyone ends up at the same level of training. There is no other program that offers the complete menu in such detail.
• Location Location Location! Set along the glorious coastline of Monopoli in Puglia, you will feel like your are on an Italian holiday. For travelling on weekends we are just a hop, step and a jump, from some of Italy’s best kept secrets.
• We are with you from the time you arrive in Italy until you leave. With an ‘All inclusive option’, all meals, transfers and accommodation are included, so you can feel safe, at ease in a new country and not worry about anything. There are no extra hidden expenses.
• Not only is this a learning experience, but you get to experience Italy and its culture as well. Professional, but plenty of room for laughter and fun. Most lessons are in our professional kitchens, but we will also visit local cheese makers, artisan producers, markets and restaurants. Monopoli can be considered the emblem of the sailing tradition in the district of Bari with its gorgeous beaches, clear sea, the marina and countless architectures rich in history and a cradle of past traditions. Inspired by the sea breeze, enveloped by the salty sea smell of the historic centre vibrating with life, Palazzo Indelli is our hotel, rich in an ancient history, and rises up few just meters from the sea. When choosing our all-inclusive option, all meals come standard as part of your package. Some meals are eaten in our hotel and chosen carefully by our culinary director. On occasion we also head out to eat in the restaurants of our chefs or in particular restaurants around the region. Weekend lunches are not included, as most students choose travel on the weekends, but all evening meals are included.

Do you have a friend or partner that would like to come along but not participate in the cooking part of the program? No problem. We can work out a package for them also either in your room or in their own room. We can also help to organise day trips an excursions either as a self itinerary or with local expert guides.
